nicht-zentrales Moment der Verteilung der angegebenen Ordnung.

Parameter:

orderint, order >= 1

Ordnung des Moments.

arg1, arg2, arg3,…float

Die Formparameter für die Verteilung (siehe Docstring des Instanzobjekts für weitere Informationen).

locarray_like, optional

Lageparameter (Standardwert=0)

scalearray_like, optional

Skalenparameter (Standardwert=1)
